These terms govern your use of the Green Tomatoes Studio website (greentomatoes.studio) and any services provided by Green Tomatoes Studio operating as The Lab. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Green Tomatoes Studio provides digital design, web development, and technology services including but not limited to: • Websites and web applications • E-commerce platforms • AI systems and automation • Technical audits and consultations All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal agreed between both parties before work commences.

2. Free Audit

Submitting an audit request through our contact form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of services. The written audit we provide is informational and non-binding. You are under no obligation to engage our services after receiving an audit.

3. Fixed-Price Engagements

All paid projects are delivered at a fixed price agreed in writing before work begins. The scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule will be clearly defined in a project proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate agreement.

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due on or before delivery. Late payments may result in project pauses or delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables including designs, code, and assets become the property of the client. Green Tomatoes Studio retains no ownership over delivered work. We may, with your permission, reference the project in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share details of your project, business, or communications with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the project (e.g. hosting providers).

7. Limitation of Liability

Green Tomatoes Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, disrupt its operation, or use it to distribute harmful content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
